General Pricing Information

Small Group Event Planning (1 day as an example): 

A $200.00 deposit is required to initiate the planning process. Larger groups, multiple days, and complex details do increase the deposit minimum.

2 hours of complimentary concierge service to discuss clients’ preferences and create a customized itinerary. 

Additional time spent beyond the complimentary 2 hours is billed at $75.00 per hour, with charges calculated in 15-minute increments. 

Transportation Services: 

When providing our vehicle: 

$100.00 per hour with a 6-hour minimum. 

Time and a half charged for hours exceeding 8 in a day. 

When clients have rented a vehicle: 

$75.00 per hour with a 4-6 hour minimum. 

Clients are required to add Just A Taste Tours as an authorized driver on their rental agreement. 

Private Special Events Planning:

We design several options to review with clients for preference input regarding dinners at estates, wineries, and other private custom special events. All packaged events are priced by scope, based on the size, and the complexity with time considerations.
